The proposed works comprise the completion and construction of two (2) Police Line Houses at Bamba Police Station. The project is intended to provide adequate, secure, and modern residential accommodation for police officers stationed at the facility. The works shall include all necessary building, structural, architectural, plumbing, electrical, drainage, external works, and finishing works required to complete the houses in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and the Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
The contractor shall provide all labour, materials, plant, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and any other resources necessary to execute and complete the project to the satisfaction of the Project Manager and the Client.
